Order Shipping and Delivery
The PROVIDER will not send any order until it is verified that the payment has been made correctly.
Shipments will usually be made through NACEX (PENINSULA) and CORREOS (BALEARIC ISLANDS, CANARY ISLANDS AND EUROPE), depending on the destination indicated by the user.
Shipment will be made once the availability of the goods and payment of the order has been confirmed.
Delivery times:
- Peninsula: 24/48 hours (working days).
- Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and Europe: 7 to 10 working days.
The expected shipping and delivery date will be informed before confirming the order.
Remarks:
- During periods of sales or high demand, delivery times may vary.
- Orders placed outside of business hours may be delayed in processing.

Store prices do not include shipping, communication, installation or additional services, unless expressly agreed in writing.
